We ship our products from Hong Kong.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

In our commitment to prompt order processing, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accommodated. However, rest assured that you can still return your order for a full refund once it has been received.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?


All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please anticipate potential delays in processing times during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday, with processing typically taking 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders are then shipped the following business day after processing. Kindly note that we do not ship on weekends.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that, due to exceptionally high demand, the delivery timeframe for orders may vary, typically ranging between 12 to 25 business days for arrival. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to fulfill your order promptly,

 

What if I don't receive my order?

If, for any reason, your order fails to reach you within the 30-day period following shipment, rest assured that you are eligible to receive a full refund.

 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

If you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective, please don't hesitate to contact us. Be sure to include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant references from your package upon receipt. We are committed to resolving your case promptly and will do our utmost to assist you.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you made your purchase using a credit or debit card, refunds will be processed and sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For inquiries regarding the timing of the credit posting to your account, please reach out to your card-issuing bank directly. If you have not received the refund credit yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company. Please note that it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account.
